1. Bulk Material Inspection:

2. Material Cutting Inspection:
- Conduct spot checks on appearance, color, and size after material cutting.
3. Trial Sample Inspection:
- Verify the appearance, measurements, craftsmanship, and functionality of the trial sample.
4. Edge Painting Inspection:
- Perform spot checks on appearance, color, and overall finish during edge painting.
5. Hardware Installation Inspection:
- Conduct patrol inspections at intervals of no more than two hours to ensure functionality and appearance.
6. Table Working Inspection:
- Perform patrol inspections every two hours, focusing on measurements, appearance, and functionality.
7. Stitching Inspection:
- Carry out patrol inspections every two hours, checking measurements, craftsmanship, and appearance.

8. In-Process Inspection:
- Conduct spot checks on measurements, craftsmanship, and appearance during the production process.
9. Packing Inspection:
- Perform a full inspection, verifying appearance, functionality, and packing details.
10. Final Inspection:
- Complete the final inspection based on specific customer requirements.
